Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp or by phone. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a size is no longer available — and will tell you if we do.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place your order. Payment is made in cash on delivery.

Handmade products

Every Zeqwan pair is made by hand from natural leather. Small variations in colour, grain and stitching are natural and are not defects. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real leather.

Delivery times and our 7-day size exchange are described in our shipping & exchange policy.
